Junnikkala Oy´s most modern further processing plant processes 65.000 m3 timber of the sawmill per year, which is half of the whole sawmill production. The further processing plant works by a high-rate planning line with double band saw. Because of this line mouldings, planed all round products, precision cuttings, end tongued and grooved or special packaged products can be processed according to customer demands. The products are always well-packaged e.g. in shrink-wrap or bundled. Every single product can be provided with a bar code or a label. Also end marking would be possible. Besides almost all products can be also painted according to customer wished colour matchings.
